We provide help & support in a variety of ways.

There are Learning Technology Advisors located at each campus, so view the Meet the Team page for our contact details.

Meeting face to face or speaking over the telephone is always useful as it helps us gauge the type and level of support you may need when looking to develop you courses and improve assessment.

We run regular training and development sessions and these are advertised on our Events Calendar.

There is of course this hub which provides a number of guides and approaches that we have found useful to collate.

For purely technical issues you may be better off contacting the IS Service Desk. Always give as much detail as possible, particularly the module code, assignment name, etc.

Students with Moodle issues should normally contact the iPoint – for example if they can’t see a course in Moodle it is likely to be one of 2 things: the filtering options in the course overview or they haven’t been enrolled in SITS.
