We’re excited to offer the following vacancy for a Research Fellow for a fixed term contract of 7 months.
The Transport Research Institute is seeking a postdoctoral researcher for 7 months to contribute to the evaluation of traffic calming measures in rural settlements. Specifically, the Fellow will work on a research project involving local Authorities and will carry out quantitative and qualitative research on the effectiveness of newly introduced traffic calming measures in low-population rural areas of Scotland. This work is funded through the Spaces for People programme of Transport Scotland with funding awarded to Scottish Borders Council www.scotborders.gov.uk/20mph.
