RCUK publishes first independent review of its open access policy

Sir Bob Burgess, former University of Leicester Vice-Chancellor as chair of the committee which reviewed the RCUK Policy on Open Access commented that the review had received a largely positive response to the policy with over 85 submissions of written evidence highlighting how the policy is working in practice.
