The U!REKA consortium is composed of members located across six countries operating in three different currencies. It was therefore decided by the Steering Committee that each institution would allocate funding towards supporting U!REKA activities.

Within Edinburgh Napier, there is no central pot established to support individual initiatives as the university has a preference to delegate funds directly to schools. In special circumstances, discrete funds may be use to complement School funding to support U!REKA activities where a big expense is envisaged or a key project requires additional support.
