We were sorry to learn of the passing of Barry Hutton who worked at Edinburgh Napier University in 1994 and joined the Transport Research Institute when it was formed in 1996 until his retirement in 2006. Martin Richards (former Advisory Board member) has written this obituary which appeared in Local Transport Today.
