As part of my work at Edinburgh Napier University with Forest Research I’m involved in some projects looking at what tree species we should be planting and for what reasons. As part of this I am trying to find out what people think is important to consider – and which things are more important than others. There is at least half an hour’s worth of interesting and fun as part of that – so I’ll be doing an interactive show in the Edinburgh Fringe on that topic. I am mostly interested in hearing from people who don’t usually think much about trees, forests and wood – but people who do are also more than welcome – and may even be able to answer some of the questions people have (because I don’t really know much about trees). Each show is a double bill so there will also be another person talking about something else that you didn’t realise you were interested in. Plus a comedian to keep us both in line.
