World Conference on Timber Engineering

WCTE is an international forum for presenting and discussing the latest technical and architectural developments and innovations in wood construction, timber engineering, engineered wood products, design of timber structures and related topics.

Traditional and Historic Structures: rehabilitation, recycling, and retrofitting of historic buildings and structures, structural behavior monitoring and cultural properties of traditional wood buildings
Educations and Future Trends: teaching and policies for timber engineering, re-emergence of wood as a main building material in contemporary construction, design tools and training, industry strategies to increase and improve wood use in modern constructions
