HEFCE recently published adjustments to their open access policy for inclusion in the next REF. Acknowledging that workflows and information may not be ready in time to comply with the ‘within 3 months of acceptance for publication’ requirement, this has now been adjusted to ‘within 3 months of publication’. The go-live date remains the 1st April 2016.
