Launched six years ago at Edinburgh Napier University, the Annual Solar and Wind Power Conference is now preparing for its seventh edition, which will be hosted by Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) in Samsun, Türkiye. The conference brings together researchers, academics, students and industry professionals to exchange ideas, share research and explore advances in solar and wind energy technologies. Hosting this edition at OMU marks an important step in extending the conference’s international reach, creating opportunities for wider participation and strengthening collaboration across institutions and countries. Building on six previous editions, the conference will continue to encourage knowledge exchange and partnerships that support the transition towards a sustainable energy future.
