Out now: Book chapter in the Information Literacy and the Digitalisation of the Workplace

The newest addition to Facet Publishing’s catalogue is here!

Information Literacy and the Digitalisation of the Workplace (edited by Gunilla Widén and José Teixeira) considers the impact of digitalisation in the workplace, and brings forward the role of workplace information literacy as a key condition for successful digitalisation in today’s workplace.

The book features a chapter (Chapter 6: Information literacy competencies for career transitions in the digital age, pp. 71-101) by four of our Edinburgh Napier colleagues: Marina Milosheva, Hazel Hall, Peter Robertson and Peter Cruickshank. In it, they discuss the importance of information literacy competencies in the context of sustainable employability and career development.

A pre-print version of the chapter is already available as a PDF from the Edinburgh Napier University repository.
