Does your project involve a User Interface?
If you want any help or advice on embedding UX into your project please get in touch with Claire Alexander, however, there are lots of UX techniques that everyone can use.
Here are some things to consider before you start:
1. Stakeholder Workshop to identify your Ultimate Objective
Here are some UX Workshop Tools you can try to help get a clear understanding of the objective of the project
2. User Research
Who is going to be using the application? There may be multiple user groups. Identify who they are and what they actually need. (This may not be the same as what they tell you they need!)
Research doesn’t need to be costly or time-consuming. There are lots of things you can do quickly and easily to get some user feedback:
We can help you with any of these as well as Surveys, Focus Groups, Remote Research, Lab Research and lots more.
3. Define and Test
To communicate your ideas, you can use
-
Sketching
-
Prototyping
-
Usability testing
Again, you can do these fairly easily yourself or we can help if you need some assistance.
