Douglas leads our intellectual property, data protection & technology team. He is certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in cyber security. He has over 20 years experience and works on all aspects of intellectual property/information technology law and has been at the forefront of advising clients in relations to GDPR and freedom of information issues.
Musab Hemsi, Director, Anderson Strathern
Musab is a specialist in employment law. He is dual-accredited in employment law by the Law Society of Scotland and the WS Society (The Society of Writers to HM Signet).
