Registration

Registration is now closed.

The organisers are pleased to be able to offer a low early registration fee (£270 Regular, £220 Student), making this high-quality conference research-budget friendly. Joint registration with Diagrams is also offered at a discounted price.

You have the opportunity to book self catering accommodation at a cost of £45 a night at the Orwell Terrace halls of residence of Edinburgh Napier University. Rooms are single occupancy and there is a convenience store nearby. Accommodation should be booked during the registration process.

You may book as many nights’ accommodation as you need, with availability from 17th to 22nd June. The main technical program will occupy 20th June to 22nd June 2018.

Rooms are of limited availability so you are encouraged to book soon. The accommodation is not immediately next to the conference venue. The tram stops near the accommodation and takes you straight to the conference venue. The relevant stops are Haymarket (near the accommodation) and Bankhead (for the venue); the tram map is available here.

What is Included?

Registering for ICCS only includes:

  1. Access to: the two ICCS keynote talks, all ICCS paper sessions, and the ICCS poster sessions.
  2. A ticket for the conference dinner (joint with Diagrams); extra dinner tickets can be purchased for £50 when registering.
  3. A copy of the ICCS conference proceedings.
  4. Lunch on each day of the ICCS program.
  5. Tea and coffee breaks.

Registering for Diagrams and ICCS includes:

  1. Everything that is included with ICCS only registration.
  2. Access to: the Diagrams-only keynote talk,  all Diagrams paper and poster sessions.
  3. Access to all Diagrams workshops and tutorials.
  4. A copy of the Diagrams proceedings.
  5. Lunch on each full day of the Diagrams program.
  6. Tea and coffee breaks.

Note that the ICCS and Diagrams programs are subject to change. We cannot guarantee that any specific item on the program will run as expected.
