Over the past month, we have been working intensively on TERRA – “Transforming Agriculture Residues to Bio-Composite Solutions for Sustainable Growth and Energy Efficiency in Brazil and Bangladesh”.
This exciting project, funded by the ISPF – International Collaboration Awards 2024 (Brazil and South Africa) and supported by the Royal Society, brings together a dynamic international team:
🤝 Dr. Carolina Costa Pereira and Dr Donyang Sun – Edinburgh Napier University, UK
🤝 Dr. Edemar Morsch Filho and Dr Elaine Maria Cardoso – UNESP, Universidade Estadual Paulista, Brazil
🤝 Dr. Jannat Mahbuba – BUET, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh
Together, we are exploring innovative ways to transform agricultural residues into sustainable bio-composite materials that can drive energy efficiency and support green growth in two diverse yet interconnected regions.
A huge thank you to our partners and collaborators for their dedication and vision. This is just the beginning; we’re excited about the journey ahead and the impact this work can have on sustainable development globally.
