Training for the future of AI and CPS research: Advances in AI, cyber-physical systems (CPS) and software engineering have led to an increasing dependency on these technologies. With the support of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme, the GREET project aims to train the next generation of technologists, scientists, and entrepreneurs in Europe to achieve excellence in software engineering, AI, CPS, and cognitive interaction research, securing a leading role for Europe in the future of these technologies. The project will establish a unique and efficient training network in collaboration with academic and industrial partners, combining state-of-the-art equipment and extensive experience to run projects that will both train early-career researchers and advance generative AI-driven CPS in the dimensions of proactivity and explainability.
