How is the \u2018Smart City\u2019 understood by different cities internationally? How are wellbeing and human flourishing, climate change, inclusive growth, and other pressing agendas addressed through this concept? If not \u2018smart\u2019 then what would a city be?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri\">The event is free to attend and will be hosted by Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation, starting at 6.00pm.
