Here\u2019s a snapshot of what\u2019s coming:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 January \u2013 <strong>Building Self-Awareness for Leadership<\/strong>: Understand your drivers and motivators for authentic leadership.<\/li>\n<li>17 February \u2013 <strong>Self-Doubt and the Inner Critic<\/strong>: Manage imposter feelings and enhance performance.<\/li>\n<li>16 March \u2013 <strong>Building Effective Research Teams<\/strong>: Learn models for team development and preventing dysfunction.<\/li>\n<li>21 April \u2013 <strong>Situational Leadership and Motivating Others<\/strong>: Adapt your style and inspire your team.<\/li>\n<li>19 May \u2013 <strong>Coaching and Delegation:<\/strong> Use coaching approaches for empowering others.<\/li>\n<li>15 September \u2013 <strong>Challenging Conversations and Non-Violent Communication:<\/strong> Plan and deliver respectful, impactful dialogue.<\/li>\n<li>20 October \u2013 <strong>Values and Vision in Research<\/strong>: Define and articulate your research vision.<\/li>\n<li>17 November \u2013 <strong>Strategic Thinking and Planning for Research:<\/strong> Horizon scan and set clear goals for the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attendance is optional, and sessions will be recorded to create a sustainable resource for ongoing development.
