As we enter 2020, we are celebrating reaching 15,000 records deposited in the University\u2019s research repository! You can browse all discoverable records online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our 15,000th discoverable record was: Vogogias, T., Visualisation Support for Biological Bayesian Network Inference<\/a>, <\/em>the thesis of one of the PhDs awarded by the University during the recent Autumn 2019 graduations.<\/p>\n

The repository aims to hold records describing every research output which is produced by staff at the University, and also to provide open access to the full-text wherever possible. New items are added to the repository every day, created by staff across the University and by the repository team.<\/p>\n

By making research open access through the repository, we reduce the barriers which come between research and readers, making it easier for others to discover, read, cite, and build upon the work of the University’s academics. This helps boost the visibility and impact of Napier\u2019s research.<\/p>\n

Lots of different types of research output are recorded in the repository, including journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, theses, presentations, reports, performances, exhibitions, datasets, and patents. The repository is about celebrating and publicising all the research that colleagues at Napier produce, not only the articles and books.<\/p>\n
