\ud83d\udd39 <\/span>Edinburgh Science Fiction Book Group<\/a><\/strong> Reading all things sci-fi, fantasy, magic realism, literary SF, classics and graphic novels, this book club are currently meeting online via Zoom. Their pick for February is Plum Rains\u00a0<\/i>by\u00a0Andromeda Romano-Lax<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 <\/span><\/strong>Bonanza Non-Fiction Book Club\u00a0<\/a><\/strong> A small, Edinburgh-based group who meet to discuss everything non-fiction! Art, biographies, memoirs, psychology, ecology, politics, science, history, philosophy…you name it. They meet regularly and have some online events scheduled for this month!<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 <\/span><\/strong>Rare Birds Book Club<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0A subscription service that delivers the best of female-authored fiction to your door monthly. Once you’ve turned that last page, an online community awaits for you to talk it out.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 <\/span><\/strong>OKHA<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0A celebration of Black authors, with the next few months books picked out and on their Instagram page. Meeting the last Friday of every month, this months pick is British writer Jay Bernard’s poetry collection, SURGE.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 <\/span><\/strong>The Virtual Book Channel<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0A literary community virtually hosts the type of programming that would ordinarily take place in bookstores, providing a platform for writers to amplify their voices and reach their readers.<\/p>\n
