HELP! How do I find my book?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

First off, make sure you have checked your book is available by looking it up on librarysearch.napier.ac.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

Not only will you find the shelfmark<\/strong><\/span> that will help you locate your book, but it will also show you if copies are available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What’s it all mean?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Green<\/span> <\/strong>means go! <\/span><\/p>\n

Here you can see that there is an available copy of this book. The word \u201cavailable<\/span>\u201d is green <\/span><\/strong>(for yes we have it) and it is located at Merchiston Library shelfmark: 891.7342 BUL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hurray! But now what?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Now you can go find your book!<\/p>\n

The shelfmark<\/strong> is the location of your book so you are going to need to find it (kinda like a very simple treasure hunt!)<\/p>\n

Start by matching the first part of the number: 891<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you have located the 891\u2019s<\/strong> it\u2019s time to delve deeper. Now you need to match the digits after the 891.<\/p>\n
