These drop-in sessions run daily in Webex from 1200-1300 and aim to showcase the digital tools and techniques that can help you prepare for teaching in the new academic session. Each webinar will focus on one of four themes, where you can ask questions around your own priorities, and arrange follow up training and support with the Learning Technology Support Team. The schedule is updated weekly so join when you can, and no registration is required.

Digital lectures
Whether these are pre-recorded or delivered live, you’ll want your lectures to be engaging and accessible. Find out about the available broadcast tools and the different formats for learning materials and the tools available for adding interactivity.

Assessment and grading
Focussing on the range of available submission formats available, this webinar provides ideas for alternative forms of assessment, from posters to recorded presentations, from group projects to peer assessment.

The webinars, together with the resources in Help! How do I teach online?, will provide a space for promoting common principles for online teaching and learning, sharing good practice and addressing common concerns across a range of learning and teaching contexts.
