Webex contract renewal

The University has renewed the Webex contract and the service now includes Webex Training Center which provides breakout rooms and additional feedback tools for engaging with students. While the new guidance materials are being developed on the Webex pages you can sign up to a July training session for a tour of the features.

There are currently two Webex sites:

  • napier.webex.com This site will be disabled on Monday 15th July.
  • edinburghnapier.webex.com This site is still accessed through the Moodle plugin but now also by logging in directly to schedule and record sessions.
