“Behind us we have three industrial revolutions, with legacies of steam, electricity and computing; all ground-breaking at the time but now taken for granted. Can you believe that the World Wide Web is still under 30 yet is driving so much of what we do? Look at how platforms like YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn have changed the way we learn, how we work and interact.<\/p>\n

Our businesses have changed, our lives have changed, we\u2019ve changed. And, they are about to change again as we enter the Fourth Industrial \u2013 and digital, physical and biological \u2013 Revolution.<\/p>\n

We have to be ready to meet new expectations both from clients and from our workforce, be open to new models for the forestry and arboricultural workplace and for its operations, and know how to ensure that considerations like health and safety aren\u2019t compromised. We have to be empowered to think differently and do things differently.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
