The call is out to the International Conference on Wood Science and Technology “Implementation of Wood Science in Woodworking Sector” which will take place at the Faculty of Forestry, University of Zagreb on December 7th – 8th 2017.<\/p>\n
Co-organizers of this years conference are:
\nForests Products Society,
\nInnovawood,
\nDepartment of Wood Technology, Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Ljubljana and
\nFaculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences, Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague.<\/p>\n
The aim of the conference is to internationally exchange knowledge about the latest research results or experiences from the industry in wood sector and in the related fields, as well as about achievements and possibilities of their practical use in wood sector and the economy.<\/p>\n
The topics of this year’s conference should be related, but not limited to the following:
\n– properties of wood and wood based materials;
\n–\u00a0wood modifications;
\n–\u00a0wood products,
\n–\u00a0furniture and interior design;
\n–\u00a0management in wood industry and
\n–\u00a0\u00a0renewable energy from wooden biomass.<\/p>\n
