Five members of the Centre for Social Informatics submitted four presentation proposals based on their research conducted at Edinburgh Napier University. We are delighted that all were accepted for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asist.org\/meetings-events\/24-hour-global-conference\/europe-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Europe\/Africa programme<\/a>. They are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>\u2018Evaluation of inequalities of access in UK online digital collections: a systematic review\u2019 by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/david-brazier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr David Brazier<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/bruce-ryan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Bruce Ryan<\/a>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gla.ac.uk\/schools\/humanities\/staff\/paulgooding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Paul Gooding<\/a> of the University of Glasgow<\/li><li>\u2018A participative approach to understanding the hidden curriculum: lessons from three virtual information needs workshops\u2019 by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/david-brazier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr David Brazier<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/marina-milosheva\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marina Milosheva<\/a><\/li><li>\u2018A study of online safety and digital literacy of academic researchers working from home during the COVID19 pandemic\u2019 by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/david-haynes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr David Haynes<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/rachel-salzano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rachel Salzano<\/a><\/li><li>\u2018Research in times of crisis: adaptations of research due to the COVID-19 pandemic\u2019 by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/marina-milosheva\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marina Milosheva<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/rachel-salzano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rachel Salzano<\/a><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, our colleague <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napier.ac.uk\/people\/khristin-fabian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Khristin Fabian<\/a>, will co-present on open educational resources, drawing on research conducted at the University of Highlands and Islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We were also pleased to learn that our Visiting Professor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degroote.mcmaster.ca\/profiles\/brian-detlor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Brian Detlor<\/a> will deliver the invited closing keynote address for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asist.org\/meetings-events\/24-hour-global-conference\/asia-pacific-copy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Americas time zone programme<\/a>.
