We were delighted to host a workshop at the NCCPE’s Engage Summit<\/a> in Birmingham in April 2026. We shared how we created our Emotional Touchpoints with Public Engagement Professionals (PEPs) from across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the workshop we gave an overview of what Emotional Touchpoints are and why we wanted to develop a new set of touchpoints that would be relevant for people working in public engagement to use in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We gave participants the opportunity to take part in or watch a facilitated discussion using the touchpoints, using the new cards with PEP-relevant scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n \r\n\r\n

Participants were invited to give us some feedback at the end of the session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
