Welcome to our Public Engagement Showcase, we’re delighted you’re joining us.
We’ll be at Napier’s Craiglockhart campus on Wednesday 21 May from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. There will be free parking at the campus all day for both Napier staff and students and our visitors – you don’t need to register in advance, just find a parking space. The Showcase will take place in 1.10 and outside (we hope!).
To find 1.10 please enter through the main entrance and head left after reception.
There will be lots for you to find out about some of the ways in which Napier researchers engage with communities, organisations and people across Edinburgh and further afield. Some of the activities will be interactive, giving you a flavour of the ways in which we involve people in our research. There will also be films of some of the events which have taken place over the past few years.
There will be afternoon tea featuring treats from some of our community partners: the Coorie Cafe at the Broomhouse Hub and Garvald Edinburgh. They both do important work across Edinburgh and we’re delighted to support them. Please come hungry – there will be lots to eat and drink (including a glass of prosecco). Food will be clearly marked for allergens, please ask if you have any questions.

A photographer will be taking photos during the showcase, and you will be asked if you’d like to give your consent for this when you arrive.
